LEED Sample Clauses

LEED. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord may, but shall not be obligated to, seek to obtain Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), WELL Building Standard, or other similar “green” certification for the Project and/or the Premises, and Tenant agrees to reasonably cooperate, at no cost or liability to Tenant, with Landlord, and to provide such information and/or documentation as Landlord may reasonably request, in connection therewith. Any LEED-related costs shall not be Operating Expenses.
LEED. The term “LEED” means the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating System™ of the United State Green Building Council, a nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high-performance green buildings.
LEED. The School commits to design the Project to meet the certification requirements at the Gold level under the LEED 2009 rating system. In connection with that commitment, the Lower/Middle School building will contain motion-sensitive lighting in the classrooms and function rooms which will reduce the potential for light pollution. Some emergency lighting still will be required.
LEED. The Project is being designed for sustainability and to the standards of LEED Silver rating including full participation in the formal LEED certification process from the Working Drawings Phase through the Construction Phase. CMR shall provide all required documentation to the Project Architect for LEED certification.
LEED. The Project will be designed to be certified “Silver” by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), who oversees in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Program.
LEED. The Authority does not represent that the construction of any components of the Spaceport in compliance with principles of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design will have a material effect on any utility charges that are a component of User Fees. If any new services or new capital assets are to be provided by the Authority beyond those contemplated by this Lease on the Effective Date, the Parties will agree at the time such new services or new capital assets are provided as to how the costs of same will be funded and recovered.
LEED. The LEED goal for this Project is (USGBC) LEED-NC (New Construction) Version 2.2 with a Silver certification. Projects achieve LEED certification by earning points in the following specific categories of environmental performance: a) sustainable sites; b) water efficiency; c) energy and atmosphere; d) materials and resources; e) indoor environmental quality; and f) innovation and design. The Contractor shall work collaboratively and proactively throughout all Phases of the Project, including construction, to achieve this goal.
LEED. Tenant hereby agrees, at Tenant’s expense, to comply with Landlord’s requirements in connection with performing work and/or making installations or taking other actions that are compatible with Landlord’s LEED (or other comparable) standards for the Building.
LEED. The Project will be designed and constructed to maintain site’s current U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED certification, at a minimum.
