Common use of Legal Basis Clause in Contracts

Legal Basis. The Michigan Employment Relations Commission having conducted a representation election on July 17, 1978, and having certified the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent, the University hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative for all employees in the unit as described in Section 2.2 of this Article for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement.

Legal Basis. The Michigan Employment Relations Commission Labor Mediation Board having conducted a representation election on July 17December 19, 19781966, and the Michigan Labor Mediation Board having certified the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent, the University hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative for all of those employees in the unit as described in Section 2.2 of this Article below for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement.

Legal Basis. The Michigan Employment Relations Commission having conducted a representation election on July 17January 30, 1978, 1979 and having certified the Union Association as the exclusive bargaining agent, the University does hereby recognizes recognize the Union Association as the exclusive representative for all employees staff members in the unit as described in Section 2.2 2.2. of this Article Agreement for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement.
