Legal Descriptions. Exhibit A to the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by the deletion therefrom of the Legal Descriptions of each facility listed on Schedule II hereof.
Legal Descriptions a. Agency shall prepare sufficient horizontal control, recovery and retracement surveys, vesting deeds, maps and other data so that legal descriptions can be written.
b. Agency shall prepare construction plans and cross-section information for the Project.
c. Agency shall write legal descriptions and prepare right of way maps. If the Agency acquires any right of way on a State highway, the property descriptions and right of way maps shall be based upon centerline stationing and shall be prepared in accordance with the current ODOT Right of Way Engineering Manual, located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/ODOT/ETA/Documents_Geometronics/ROW-Eng- Manual.pdf and incorporated herein by reference. The preliminary and final versions of the property descriptions and right of way maps must be reviewed and approved by the State.
d. Agency shall specify the degree of title to be acquired (e.g., fee, easement), which must be determined in accordance with the current ODOT Right of Way Manual.

Legal Descriptions. Following completion of legal surveys, the Director of Surveys of Manitoba will provide to Canada and Split Lake Cree, the legal descriptions of the Compensation Lands and the Easement Lands satisfactory to the Surveyor General of Canada.
Legal Descriptions. The legal description for the Property located at 0000 Xxxxxxx 00, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx and the legal description for the Property located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, each attached as part of Schedule 1(a) of the Original Agreement, are each hereby deleted and replaced in their entirety with the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibit B-1 and Exhibit B-2, respectively.
Legal Descriptions. The parties agree that Exhibit A-l to the Purchase Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety by Exhibit A attached hereto.
Legal Descriptions. If any Mortgage delivered on the Effective Date does not have a complete legal description attached, the same shall nevertheless be deemed duly delivered, pursuant to this Agreement, provided the Borrowers cause such legal description to be delivered on or before 15 days after the Effective Date, and any such Mortgage without a legal description shall be held by the title company (reasonably approved by Agentthe Initial Tranche A Term Lenders) and not recorded until delivery of such legal description.
Legal Descriptions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, Lessor and Lessee shall cooperate to confirm the exact legal description for the Land of each Facility prior to the Commencement Date. In the event that the exact legal description for the Land of any Facility differs from the legal description attached hereto for the Land of such Facility, then Lessor and Lessee shall cooperate to substitute the correct legal description for the Land of such Facility for the incorrect legal description attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Legal Descriptions. The Owner shall furnish all necessary surveys describing physical characteristics, legal limitations and utility locations for the site of the Project, and a written legal description of the site, if available. The surveys and legal information shall include, as applicable, grades and lines of streets, alleys, pavements and adjoining property and structures; adjacent drainage; rights-of- way, flood plains, restrictions, easements, encroachments, zoning, deed restrictions, boundaries and contours of the site; locations, dimensions and necessary data pertaining to existing buildings, other improvements and trees; and information concerning available utility services and lines, both public and private, above and below grade, including inverts and depths. All the information on the survey shall be referenced to a Project benchmark. The Owner shall not warrant the accuracy of the information provided pursuant to this Section 5.5.
