Legal Expense. 27. In the event, to enforce the terms of this Lease, either party files legal action against the other, and is successful in said action, the losing party agrees to pay all reasonable expenses to the prevailing party, including the attorney’s fees incident to said legal action. In the event that Landlord is successful in any legal action filed against Tenant, Landlord’s expenses incident to said legal action shall be due as Additional Rent.
