Common use of Legal Fees and Costs Clause in Contracts

Legal Fees and Costs. The Parties hereby stipulate and agree that in the event that a dispute arises between the Parties, relating to this Agreement, and one or both of the Parties deem it necessary to hire an attorney to protect its rights and/or resolve said dispute, then the prevailing Party, in any action, shall be entitled to recover and collect, from the non-prevailing Party, all reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred.
