Legal Mandates Sample Clauses

Legal Mandates. Contractor shall be permitted to use, disclose, or retain government information to the limited extent necessary to comply with any requirement imposed on Contractor by law. If it is necessary for Contractor to use, disclose, or retain government information in order to comply with a law, Contractor shall provide State Agency/Using Governmental Unit with written notice, including a description of the circumstances and applicable law, in advance of such use, disclosure or retention except to the extent expressly prohibited by law.

The district will pay the employee the regularly scheduled pay. c. Failure to submit the payment received for legal duty shall result in a deduction from the employee’s pay in like amount.
Legal Mandates. A standing committee, chaired by the Superintendent’s designee, will continue to meet to discuss federal and state mandates as they relate to education. The CPEA President and Superintendent each will appoint a minimum of four (4) people to this committee. The purpose of this committee will be to review and develop recommendations that will comply with the law. Once accepted by the Superintendent and the CPEA Executive Committee, the recommendations will become part of this contract.
