Legal Reference and Agreement. In the above spirit and pursuant to the requirements of Act 379 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1965, the Board and the Association herein set forth their Agreement with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment of all individuals included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article II insofar as such matters are not controlled by applicable Michigan laws, such laws, superseding anything which may be contained herein.
