LEGISLATION COMPLIANCE. 19.01 The Employer is responsible to make sure that his business activity and premises are in compliance with Legislation and in the event an employee is being charged with non-compliance because of a failure on part of the Employer then the Employer shall bear such responsibility. However, if an employee is being charged with non-compliance and it is established that it is the result of negligence, the employee will be responsible and the employee may be terminated.
