Length of Contract. As a part of your community’s program, your service from DESE will commence with your next available meter reading after processing of enrollment by your electric utility, and will continue for the term as specified in the opt-out notification, ending on your meter read for the last month of service.
Length of Contract. This accreditation contract shall have a term of one year and may be automatically renewed each year if the District is assigned to the accreditation category of “Accredited with Distinction” or “Accredited” as described in 1 CCR 301-1.

The length of the annual teacher base contract shall be defined by the state legislature by means of the LEAP state salary schedule (Exhibit A), in that the length of the teacher base contract shall equal the number of days per year on which the state salary schedule is based by the legislature. (Historical Note: Since 2001-02, this arrangement has reflected a base contract year of 180 days plus the number of Learning Improvement Days funded and required by the state legislature, the number of which has ranged from three to one since that time. Learning Improvement Days, which must be utilized for school improvement issues as required by the state, will be placed on the school year calendar upon mutual agreement between certificated staff and administration. The dates of these days in the school year calendar may change from year to year.)
Length of Contract. 2. In addition to the certificated employee base contract, certificated employees may work three (3) additional District approved inservice days which shall be by supplemental contract at the per diem rate as set forth in Article III, Section 5-A. Pay will be based on a seven (7) hour day.
Length of Contract. The contracts for all returning teachers in 2011-13 shall include at least 189.5 duty days as scheduled by the Board. Classroom teaching days shall not exceed 183 days. The first-year contract for all teachers beginning employment in U.S.D. 323 shall not exceed 190.5 days. For 2013-14, teacher duty days will increase by one.
Length of Contract. This contract will start on July 1, 2019 and end on June 30, 2022.
Length of Contract. As of the date of execution, this Agreement supersedes all previous Agreements between the City and the Union. It does not eliminate any existing City, Departmental, or Agency Memorandum of Understanding or Agreement between the City and the Union unless those are specifically contrary to this Agreement and then only those items that are contrary. This Agreement shall be effective on the 7th day of August 2022 and shall terminate at 12:00 Midnight on August 2nd 2025. This Agreement shall continue in effect unless either party gives at least ninety (90) calendar days’ notice prior to August 8, 2025, of an intent to negotiate on any or all of its provisions, or any yearly anniversary date thereafter. If such notice is given, negotiation shall commence with fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt of such notice.
