Common use of LESSEE'S INTEREST NOT TRANSFERABLE Clause in Contracts

LESSEE'S INTEREST NOT TRANSFERABLE. Neither LESSEE's interest in this Lease nor any estate hereby created in LESSEE nor any interest herein or therein shall pass to any trustee, except as may specifically be provided pursuant to the Bankruptcy Code (11 USC Sec. 101, et seq.) or to any receiver or assignee for the benefit of creditors or otherwise by operation of law.
