Common use of Lessee's Quitclaim Clause in Contracts

Lessee's Quitclaim. Upon the expiration of the Lease Term, or any earlier termination of this Lease, Lessee agrees to execute, acknowledge and deliver to Lessor a proper instrument in writing, releasing and quitclaiming to Lessor all right, title and interest of Lessee in and to the Premises and all Improvements.

Lessee's Quitclaim. Upon the expiration of the Lease Term, or any earlier sooner termination of this Lease, Lessee agrees to execute, acknowledge and deliver to Lessor a proper instrument in writing, releasing and quitclaiming to Lessor all right, title and interest of Lessee in and to the Ground Leased Premises and all Improvementsimprovements.

Lessee's Quitclaim. Upon the expiration of the Lease Term, Term or any earlier termination of this Lease, Lessee agrees to shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Lessor a proper instrument in writing, releasing and quitclaiming to Lessor all right, title and interest of Lessee in and to the Premises Leased Premises, including all alterations and all Improvementsimprovements which Lessee is not entitled to remove.

Lessee's Quitclaim. Upon the expiration of the Lease Term, Term or any earlier sooner termination of this Leaselease or upon the purchase of the Project by Lessor, Lessee agrees to execute, acknowledge and deliver to Lessor a proper instrument in writingrecordable form, releasing and quitclaiming to Lessor all right, title and interest of Lessee in and to the Premises Premises, the Project, and all Improvementsimprovements constructed thereon which are not removed by Lessee in accordance with provisions of this lease.

Lessee's Quitclaim. Upon upon Lessee's receipt of the written request of Lessor after the expiration of the Lease Termand any extensions thereof, or any upon the earlier termination of this Leasethereof as provided herein, Lessee agrees to execute, acknowledge shall execute in recordable form and deliver to Lessor a proper instrument quitclaim deed in writing, releasing and quitclaiming to favor of Lessor conveying all of Lessee's right, title and interest of Lessee in and to the Demised Premises and all Improvementsas defined herein.
