LESSEE'S WAIVER. Lessee agrees that its rights to terminate this Lease due to partial condemnation are governed by this Section. Lessee waives all rights it may have under California Code of Civil Procedure section 1265.13, or otherwise, to terminate this Lease based on a partial condemnation.
