Lessor Approval. The lessors of the Leased Property shall have provided to Seller and Purchaser duly executed and acknowledged assignments and assumptions of the Leased Property, in a form that is reasonably acceptable to counsel for Seller, each assignment and assumption to be contingent upon the closing of the transactions contemplated herein.
Lessor Approval. All Plans furnished under this Lease are expressly subject to Lessor's written approval, which the City Manager is hereby authorized to act on behalf of for purposes of such approval, and which approval he or she may not unreasonably withhold or delay. No approval by the City Manager of any Plans furnished under this Lease pursuant to this Section shall relieve Lessee of any obligation it may have at law to file such Plans with any department of the City or any other governmental authority having jurisdiction over the issues; or to obtain any building or other permit or approval required by law. Lessee acknowledges that any approval given by the City Manager pursuant to this Section shall not constitute an opinion or agreement by the City that the Plans are structurally sufficient or in compliance with any laws, codes or other applicable regulations.
Lessor Approval a. Attached hereto as "Exhibit B" is the approval of assignment by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, the Lessor.
Lessor Approval. No alterations, additions or improvements to the Demised Premises shall be made without first submitting a detailed description thereof to Lessor and obtaining Lessor's written approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld. All alterations, additions or improvements made by Lessee and all fixtures attached to the Demised Premises shall become the property of Lessor and remain at the Demised Premises unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any item under this section must be in conformance with existing ordinances of Xxxxxx Township or other ordinances or regulations, as applicable.
Lessor Approval. By its execution hereof, Lessor hereby approves this Sublease and acknowledged that (i) the copy of the Lease attached hereto as Exhibit A is a true, correct and complete copy of the Lease as currently in effect, (ii) Sublessor is currently in material compliance with the terms and conditions of the Lease, and (iii) no event or circumstance exists that (with the giving of notice or passage of time) would constitute a breach of or default under the Lease. Lessor Approval. The Lessor under the Restaurant Lease will have approved the Project and all other work involved in the Project and Borrower's conduct of business therein. Further, such Lessor will have provided Lender with an estoppel certificate, in Proper Form, confirming Lessor's acceptance of the Project, Borrower's compliance with the provisions of the Restaurant Lease and such additional matters as Lender may require.
Lessor Approval. This Sublease is subject to Lessor's approval which per the Master Agreement may not be unreasonably withheld.
