Lessor Confirmation Letter. Upon the written request of Xxxxxx, which request may not be made more than one time in each calendar quarter, the Lessor shall deliver to the Lessee a lessor confirmation letter, in the form approved by Lessee prior to the date thereof, providing information related to ASC 810.
