Letters of Support. The Joint Committee may authorise the Chair of the Joint Committee to send letters of support on behalf of the Councils to businesses for projects which the Joint Committee decides are complementary to the Swansea Bay City Deal. Xxxxxxxx: The Metro regional government’s Natural Areas Program offers its strong support for the Pacific Lamprey Conservation Agreement and related effort to conserve Pacific Lamprey throughout its range. As manager of nearly 16,000 acres of parks and natural areas in the greater Portland metropolitan region, we appreciate that cooperation between resource agencies and between agencies and landowners is essential to getting big things done. Letters of Support. (a) Indigo Parent shall procure that Naspers Limited shall maintain a letter of support with respect to each Indigo Bank Guarantee Facility in effect as of the date hereof on the same or substantially similar terms as that provided by Naspers Limited as of the date hereof until the earlier of (i) the date on which Monsoon terminates and replaces such Indigo Bank Guarantee Facility or otherwise enters into a letter of support in respect thereof pursuant to Section 7.17(b) or (ii) the Relevant Date. As used herein: (A) “Relevant Date” means (i) with respect to each Indigo Bank Guarantee Facility other than the IATA Bank Guarantee, the date falling 60 days after the Closing Date and (ii) with respect to the IATA Bank Guarantee, June 30, 2017.

The Executive Director is authorized to write and sign letters of support for grants to other organizations for projects for which the Fund has either awarded a grant or approved a letter of inquiry. If the Fund is asked to provide a letter of support for a project for which it has not awarded a grant, then the request shall be presented to the Board for approval, declination, or other action as it sees fit.

Letters of Support. Developer will receive a ‘Letter of Support’ from the ANC 8E pledging their complete support for the Development. This letter will serve as a record that the ANC 8E Commission agrees to provide total support for the Development and Project Approval.
Letters of Support. ECA shall send a letter in unqualified support of the Project to the appropriate Agency or reviewing entity, including ANC 5E, the District of Columbia Zoning Commission, and/or, if necessary, the District of Columbia Public Space Committee, prior to the consideration of all Development Approvals for the Project.

Letters of Support. Grantee must submit at least two letters in support of the project; one letter must come from the military installation and one from the local government or economic development agency (EDA). If the Applicant is a local government or EDA, the application will be sufficient to take the place of the local government or EDA letter of support. Applicants may submit more than one letter as applicable.
