Letters to Contractors. Seller shall deliver a letter to each vendor, to the extent Buyer has agreed to assume such vendor’s Contract, and each utility company serving the Property, in a form reasonably satisfactory to Buyer, duly executed by Seller, advising them of the sale of the Property to Buyer and directing them to send to Buyer all bills for the services provided to the Property for the period from and after the Closing Date.
