Common use of Level II Clause in Contracts

Level II. In the event the grievance is not resolved in Level I, the decision rendered may be appealed to the Superintendent of Schools, provided such an appeal is made in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of the decision in Level I. If a grievance is properly appealed to the Superintendent, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet regarding the grievance within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the appeal. Within ten (10) days after the meeting, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall issue a decision, in writing, to the parties involved.

Level II. In the event the grievance is not resolved in Level I, the decision rendered may be appealed to the Superintendent of SchoolsSuperintendent, provided such an appeal is made in writing within ten (10) five days after receipt of the decision in Level Level I. If a grievance is properly appealed to the Superintendent, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall set a time to meet regarding the grievance grievance, which meeting shall take place within fifteen (15) ten days after receipt of the appeal. Within ten (10) five days after the meeting, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall issue a decision, decision in writing, writing to the parties involved.

Level II. In the event the grievance is not resolved in Level I, the decision rendered may be appealed to the Superintendent of SchoolsSuperintendent, provided such an appeal is made received in writing within ten five (105) days after receipt of the decision in Level Level I. If a grievance is properly appealed to the Superintendent, the Superintendent Superintendent, or his/her designee shall designee, must, with the Association, set a time to meet regarding the grievance within fifteen ten (1510) days after receipt of the appeal. Within ten (10) days after the meeting, the Superintendent Superintendent, or his/her designee designee, shall issue a decision, decision in writing, writing to the parties involved.

Level II. In the event the grievance is not resolved in Level I, the decision rendered may be appealed to the Superintendent superintendent of Schoolsschools, provided such an appeal is made in writing within five (5) days after receipt of the decision in Level I. If a grievance is properly appealed to the superintendent, the superintendent or his/her designee shall set a time to meet regarding the grievance within ten (10) days after receipt of the decision in Level I. If a grievance is properly appealed by the Union to the Superintendent, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall set a time to meet regarding the grievance within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the appeal. Within ten (1020) twenty days after the meeting, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall issue a decision, decision in writing, writing to the parties involvedUnion.
