Common use of Level II Clause in Contracts

Level II. In the event the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level I, he/she may appeal the decision to the Superintendent or his designee within ten (10) days after receiving the Level I decision. The written appeal shall contain the following: a. A copy of the original grievance; b. The decision rendered at Level I; c. A clear, concise statement of the reasons for the appeal.

Level II. a. In the event the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level I, he/she the grievant may appeal the decision decision, in writing, to the Superintendent or his designee Superintendent. b. The appeal must be submitted within ten (10) five days after receiving of receipt of the decision at Level I decision. I. The written statement of appeal shall contain the following: a.
