Liability Coverage. For the benefit of System Agency, Grantee will at all times maintain liability insurance coverage, referred to in Tex. Gov. Code § 2261.102, as “director and officer liability coverage” or similar coverage for all persons in management or governing positions within Grantee’s organization or with management or governing authority over Grantee’s organization (collectively “responsible persons”). Grantee will:
1. maintain copies of liability policies on site for inspection by System Agency and will submit copies of policies to System Agency upon request.
2. maintain liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than the total value of this Contract and that is sufficient to protect the interests of System Agency in the event an actionable act or omission by a responsible person damages System Agency’s interests.
3. notify, and obtain prior approval from, the System Agency Contract Oversight and Support Section before settling a claim on the insurance.
Liability Coverage. Insurance coverage for liability and errors and omissions under the District's policies shall be provided for employees.
Liability Coverage. Business and/or Professional Services is deleted as it pertains to the business to which this coverage applies. The following exclusions are added. We do not cover:
Liability Coverage. We cover bodily injury, property damage or personal injury, if covered, resulting from an occurrence which arises from or in connection with any business engaged in by the named insured. The following section is added:
Liability Coverage. We will insure you for the coverages as described below except as otherwise shown in the Declarations.
Liability Coverage. District shall supply a statement regarding District liability coverage for unit members.
Liability Coverage. The Superintendent shall be covered under the District's Comprehensive General Liability Policy.
Liability Coverage. The City recognizes that Chapter 2744 of the Ohio Revised Code is applicable to all uniformed personnel of the Division of Fire and provides liability protection for such personnel when engaged in the operation of a motor vehicle in the performance of a governmental function.
Liability Coverage. The Association maintains liability insurance coverage for the General Common Elements and common areas of the Condominium. During the term of this Agreement Owner agrees to maintain liability insurance coverage against all losses or damages arising out of Owner’s ownership and use of the Unit. Any liability coverage maintained by the Association or by the Agent shall not relieve the Owner of its primary responsibility to maintain this insurance coverage. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold Agent harmless from all losses, expenses or damages of any nature whatsoever in connection with the management of the Unit and from liability for injury to any person or property on, about or in connection with the premises from any cause whatever, unless such costs, expenses, damages or liabilities be caused by Agent's own gross negligence or willful misconduct. Agent shall not be liable to the Owner or to any other person for any error in judgment or for doing or omitting to do any matter or thing pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Agent agrees to indemnify and hold Owner harmless from all losses, expenses or damages of any nature whatsoever in connection with the management of the Unit caused by Agent's own or its agents’, employees’ or contractors’ gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Liability Coverage. The District will provide liability coverage for employees against claims for damages caused by that employee while performing his or her duties as an employee of the District.
