LIAISON AND COORDINATION OF RESPONSIBILITIES. 9.1 The COLLEGE shall appoint an educational administrator, to be specified in the Appendix to this CCAP Agreement, who will serve as point of contact to facilitate coordination and cooperation between COLLEGE and SCHOOL DISTRICT in conformity with SOCCCD policies and standards. Sec. 2 (c) (2) 9.2 The SCHOOL DISTRICT shall appoint an educational administrator, to be specified in the Appendix to this CCAP Agreement, who will serve as point of contact to facilitate coordination and cooperation between SCHOOL DISTRICT and COLLEGE in conformity with SCHOOL DISTRICT policies and standards. Sec. 2 (t) (1) (A) • The total number of community college courses by course category and type and by school site enrolled in by CCAP partnership participants. Sec. 2 (t) (1) (B) • The total number and percentage of successful course completions, by course category and type and by school site, of CCAP partnership participants. Sec. 2 (t) (C) • The total number of full-time equivalent students generated by CCAP partnership community college district participants. Sec. 2 (t) (1) (D)
