Common use of LICENCES GRANTED BY THE AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

LICENCES GRANTED BY THE AUTHORITY. 22.1 The Authority hereby grants to the Operator a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence during the Term to use: 22.1.1 the Authority Software; 22.1.2 the Database; 22.1.3 the Authority's documentation, processes and procedures. 22.1.4 the Specially Written Software from the date the relevant rights are transferred to the Authority in accordance with Clause 24.2; 22.1.5 the Project Specific IPRs from the date the relevant rights are transferred to the Authority in accordance with Clause 24.2; and
