Licences granted by the Supplier. Supplier Foreground IPR 27.2.1 The Supplier hereby grants to the Authority, or shall procure the direct grant to the Authority of, a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Supplier Foreground IPR including but not limited to the right to copy, adapt, publish and distribute such Supplier Foreground IPR.
