LICENSE AGREEMENT TERM a) This agreement is made for the academic year (Aug. 19, 2017 - May 11, 2018). The Department of Residence Life reserves the right to cancel reservations not paid by the payment due dates (see Section 8) and to make all final decisions regarding assignments.
LICENSE AGREEMENT TERM. This agreement is made for the academic year (Aug. 19, 2023 - May 10, 2024), or for the balance thereof if signed after the beginning of the term. The Department of Residence Life reserves the right to terminate the license agreement if the student is not enrolled, and to make all final decisions regarding room assignments.
LICENSE AGREEMENT TERM. The term of this License Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date stated in the Proposal and shall continue in full force and effect until the expiration or termination of all Proposals, unless otherwise terminated earlier as provided in section 13.2 below (the “Term”).
LICENSE AGREEMENT TERM. (A) The Basic Provisions are incorporated herein. Undefined capitalized terms used in this MSA are defined in Section 13 of this MSA.
LICENSE AGREEMENT TERM. This License Agreement is effective as of the License Agreement Effective Date and shall remain in full force and effect for a period of five (5) years, unless earlier terminated as provided in the Master License Agreement. Unless earlier terminated as provided in the Master License Agreement, the License Agreement will automatically renew at the end of each term for consecutive one (1) year renewal periods, unless either party notifies the other at least forty-five (45) days prior to the end of the then current term that it does not desire the License Agreement to renew for another year.
LICENSE AGREEMENT TERM. 2.1 This License Agreement shall commence on the date of the execution hereof and shall remain in full force and effect for a period of ten (10) years (the “Initial Term”), unless terminated earlier as provided by this License Agreement.

LICENSE AGREEMENT TERM. This license agreement is for the academic year and cannot be terminated except under the conditions stated under item 11 TERMINATION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT/LICENSE AGREEMENT and item 18 VACATING. Occupancy periods will be limited from the official move-in date, August 14, 2024 (as scheduled) to official move-out date/time which is 24 hours after the residents last final exam or no later than December 6, 2024 at 12 pm (noon) for Fall Semester, and from the official move-in date January 17, 2025 to official move-out date/time on May 17, 2025 at 12 pm (noon) for Spring Semester (latter times must be pre-approved by the Director). Requests for early arrival, late check-out must be in writing no less than four (4) weeks in advance and be approved by the Director of Residence Life. Early arrivals, late departures, and extended stays are subject to a weekly room rate of $200. If entered into after the official move in date, this license agreement applies only to the balance of Academic Year 2024-2025. If the dates of the academic year are revised by the College, the revised dates will apply and will not change the financial obligations of this license agreement. Residence Life Office and the College further reserve the right to adjust move-in dates each semester in order to adapt to the registration calendar of the College without any adjustment to rates.
