LICENSE AND AUTHORITY. The Contractor warrants that he/she/it will maintain all necessary licenses, registrations, and certifications during the term of this Agreement, and that he/she/it is duly authorized to enter into this Agreement by its governing or controlling body. Evidence or copies of all necessary licenses, registrations and certifications must accompany this Agreement.
