LICENSE DETAILS Clause Samples
The LICENSE DETAILS clause defines the specific terms and scope of the license granted under the agreement. It typically outlines what intellectual property is being licensed, the permitted uses, any restrictions, the duration, and the territory in which the license applies. By clearly specifying these parameters, this clause ensures both parties understand the extent of the rights granted and helps prevent disputes over unauthorized use or misunderstandings about the license's coverage.
