Common use of License is Personal Clause in Contracts

License is Personal. The license herein granted is personal to Licensee and no right hereunder may be assigned, sublet, or otherwise transferred in whole or in part without the prior written consent of County, and any attempt to assign, sublet or transfer shall be of no force or effect whatsoever unless and until County shall have given its written consent thereto. County may withhold its consent for any reason.
