License Renewal Fee. In addition to the Purchase Price (including a license fee of $299.00 for the first year, months 1 to 12 after your purchase (e.g., your execution of this agreement)), Licensee agrees to pay to IDS Inc. an annual License Renewal Fee for an additional term of one year (months 13 to 24 after your purchase). This annual License Renewal Fee is currently $299.00, subject to a 10% discount for participation in the Automatic Payment Program, and is due and payable at the expiration of six (6) months after the date of your purchase. On an annual basis thereafter, generally 60 to 90 days before the expiration of the license, Licensees will receive a notice (the “Annual Renewal Statement”) alerting them to the pending expiration of their Reservation Services License and the required payment of the Licenses Renewal Fee in a manner outlined below. Licensees who provide their eMail address will receive the Annual Renewal Statement electronically. ⮚ Automatic Payment Program for License Renewal Fee: Licensees who elect to participate in the ⮚ Automatic Payment Program will receive a 10% discount on the License Renewal Fee. Credit/Debit Card on File. By checking this box and signing below, Licensee consents to the Automatic Payment Program for the License Renewal Fee and hereby pre-authorizes IDS Inc., to initiate charges to the credit card account indicated above to pay the License Renewal Fee associated with the renewal of the Reservation Services License. This consent and authorization shall remain in full force and effect until IDS Inc., has received written notification of termination of authorization in such time and manner as to afford IDS Inc., a reasonable opportunity to act on it. The Trustee shall adjust the net asset value (Trust Fund Evaluation) as of the dates specified in the preceding sentence to account for any variation between accrual of estimated license fee and the license fee payable pursuant to the Agreement, but such adjustment shall not affect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof.
