License to Distribute. You are licensed to distribute Your Developed Software on a royalty-free basis at unlimited sites or deploy to the cloud, provided that the Developed Software incorporates the SOFTWARE as an integral part in a machine-language compiled format (customarily an “.exe”, or “.dll”, etc.).

Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, Interplay hereby grants to VUG and VUG hereby accepts, the exclusive right, license and obligation during the Term and any Sell-Off Period, to reproduce, manufacture (except during any Sell-Off Period), market and promote (in any and all forms and media, including print, digital, optical, and public performance and display), distribute copies of, and sell, the Partner Product(s), on an individual-unit (i.e., non-bundled) and packaged-goods basis via the Authorized Channels throughout the Licensed Territory on terms that are reasonable and customary in the interactive entertainment software industry, with the additional right to subcontract any or all of the foregoing rights in accordance with SECTION 20.2 below (the above grant of rights being hereinafter referred to as the "LICENSE").

Licensor hereby grants to Partner a nonexclusive, worldwide right and license to, distribute and market to its users the Full Versions: (a) via the Game Center Software as the sole vehicle for selling Licensor’s Programs (b) through electronic distribution via Internet Protocol; and (c) any or all Programs, Bundled Programs or services offered by Licensor from time to time, whether electronically via Internet Protocol or through tangible media such as CD-ROMs, DVDs, diskettes, or hard disc drives. Additionally, Partner may distribute the Demo Versions through electronic distribution via the Internet.

The first paragraph of Section 3 shall be modified as follows: MedAmicus is hereby granted an exclusive, worldwide license under the Med-Design Patent Rights to make, use, sell, and have made the Product for the Venous Field, Arterial Field and Related Fields. If MedAmicus knows that a person is using or selling the Product or will use or sell the Product for use other than in the licensed fields, MedAmicus will not sell the Product to such person without prior written consent from Med-Design. Med-Design will retain the right to purchase the Product from MedAmicus at a mutually agreed upon price for sale to customers outside the licensed fields to which MedAmicus has been granted exclusivity as set forth above. The third paragraph of Section 3 shall be deleted in its entirety.
License to Distribute under Intel’s copyrights to distribute, the Licensed Technology, and under Intel Licensed Patent Claims to make, have made (if made by sub-contractors LMI will ensure each such sub-contractor agrees to written confidentiality provisions no less restrictive that the provisions contained herein and, if such sub-contractor is working outside any LMI premises or via any remote locations not using LMI’s internal encrypted network, LMI will ensure that Intel pre-approves the use of such sub-contractor in writing), use, sell, offer for sale and import the Licensed Technology, in each case, exclusively in object code form, provided that:
(1) the copyright license may be licensed to end-users solely for use with the LMI Products under an end user license that meets the minimum terms set forth in Exhibit D; and
(2) foregoing patent licenses (as set forth in (b) above) shall not apply to any modifications or additions to the Licensed Technology made by LMI or any sublicensees in creating the Derived Code.
License to Distribute. V-ONE grants to Citrix the right to Distribute the Product, including, without limitation, the right to sublicense the Product, as part of a stand-alone or bundled offering, on a perpetual or limited-term basis, directly or indirectly, through Third Party original equipment manufacturers, distributors and resellers, for use by end users ("END USERS") throughout the Territory. Citrix shall, by written agreement, prohibit any person or entity to whom it licenses or distributes the Product from: (a) adding substantial functionality or value to the Product; and (b) private labeling the Product.
License to Distribute. 9.1 Licensee shall not distribute any Modified Application Program or Modified Hardware Reference Design or other items based on the PRODUCTS without first obtaining a distribution license from IAT according to art.
9.2 Licensee shall, if so expressly provided for in the Annex, under the conditions and upon payment of the amount listed in the Annex, be granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute any part of the PRODUCTS forming part of a Modified Application Program or a Modified Hardware Reference Design. Said right to distribute shall only be for use in conjunction with the Application. The following terms and conditions shall apply to said license to distribute (if any):
a) Licensee shall ensure that a valid, enforceable and written license agreement is entered into containing the same restrictions on disclosure of the Modified Application Program, the Modified Hardware Reference Design and/or PRODUCTS as those contained in this Agreement as well as a reasonable restriction on reverse compilation thereof.
b) Licensee shall ensure that all sub-licensees must reproduce on every copy made for backup purpose, all copyright notices as they appear on or in the PRODUCTS.
