License to Operate Sample Clauses

License to Operate. During the term of this Agreement, Helix shall preserve and maintain its existence, corporate or otherwise, rights, franchises and privileges in the jurisdiction of its organization, and qualify and remain qualified in each jurisdiction in the Territory in which such qualification is necessary in view of Helix's rights and obligations hereunder. Helix shall also preserve and maintain all material licenses and other rights owned or possessed by it and necessary to the performance of this Agreement.

License to Operate. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract, the City hereby grants to Motivate an exclusive license to operate the System within the municipal boundaries of Portland (as the same may be expanded within the City beyond the original equipment specified in Exhibit B hereto) (the “License”). Motivate has no property interest in or to the System other than (a) the License; and (b) all title in and to System components purchased exclusively with Motivate Funds (if any).

License to Operate. Contractor shall be properly licensed and insured to operate in the City of St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Ramsey County, and the State of Minnesota, and shall comply with all statutes, regulations, and ordinances of the City, County, State, and federal governments in the execution of the Contract.

License to Operate. The Company warrants that upon signature of this Agreement it shall be responsible for obtaining the legal authority for the SPV to allow Gaming Machines on its property. If in the event approval is not granted, this Agreement shall be void and rescinded.

License to Operate. Maintain or cause to be maintained the required Facility licenses, Medicaid and Medicare Reimbursement Contracts and/or Permits at all times.

License to Operate. The business carried on by the Target Company complies with the national industrial policy.

License to Operate. Retail Food Establishment (License #RFE2708 — Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, Powder 8 Kitchen & Tap) dated 2025 issued by Eagle County Public Health & Environment to Hyatt Corporation (PO Box 1595, Avon, CO 81620-1595) expired December 31, 2025.

License to Operate. 17.1: The Evalaution Supplier, consortium members and all downstream partners will have the appropriate licence to operate in the relevant countries. Award of contract will be dependent on evidence being provided of the necessary licences.

License to Operate. City or any Permitted Designee (as defined in Section 6.1) shall be duly licensed and qualified to operate a public bus transit system during all times and shall provide evidence thereof upon Redeveloper’s request.
