License transfers. License transfers are not permitted, except that Institution may transfer only fully-paid perpetual licenses to:
(i) an Affiliate, or
(ii) a third party solely in connection with the transfer of hardware or employees to whom the Licenses have been assigned as part of (1) a divestiture of part of the Organization or (2) a merger involving any part of the Organization.
License transfers. Customer may only transfer fully-paid, perpetual licenses to (1) an Affiliate or (2) a third party solely in connection with the transfer of hardware to which, or employees to whom, the licenses have been assigned as part of (a) a divestiture of all or part of an Affiliate or (b) a merger involving Customer or an Affiliate. Upon such transfer, Customer must uninstall and discontinue using the licensed Product and render any copies unusable. Customer must notify Microsoft of a License transfer and provide the transferee a copy of these General Terms, the applicable Use Rights and any other documents necessary to show the scope, purpose and limitations of the licenses transferred. Attempted license transfers that do not comply with this section are void.
License transfers. Enrolled Affiliate may transfer fully-paid perpetual Licenses to:
(i) an Affiliate or
(ii) an unaffiliated third party in connection with (A) a privatization of an Affiliate or agency or of an operating division of Enrolled Affiliate or an Affiliate, (B) a reorganization, or (C) a consolidation.
License transfers. License transfers are not permitted, except as explicitly set forth in the Perpetual License Transfer Form. The resale of Licenses is prohibited, including any transfer by Institution for the purpose of transferring those Licenses to an unaffiliated third party.

Evidence of submission to Bergsstaten and any other applicable Governmental Authority of duly executed assignments of the Licenses in the name of the Buyer and any other document or instrument necessary to request approval of the transfer the Licenses to the Buyer in accordance with applicable Legal Requirements (the "Approval Requests").

Any attempted transfer, assignment, rental, lease, or sublicense of the Software or a License Key by Licensee or the Licensed Users to a third-party is prohibited and shall be null and void
License transfers. No transfers may be made, without the express written consent of Rencore. Upon termination of the user’s employment, the employing firm or user may request to transfer the right to use this license to another user. The following conditions apply: (a) the request to transfer must be done prior to any transfer, by notifying Rencore or its authorized reseller in writing, if by email to Rencore, then to xxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx; (b) the name and the email address of the new consultant must be submitted to Rencore or its authorized reseller when the request is made; and (c) the new consultant is bound to all the terms of use and obligations under this agreement. Upon receipt of a request to transfer use, Rencore will at its sole discretion determine the validity of the transfer.
