Licensed Professionals. Vendor is appropriately licensed under Illinois law to perform Services required under this Agreement and shall perform no Services for which a professional license is required by law and for which Vendor, its employees, agents, or subcontractors, as applicable, are not appropriately licensed.
Licensed Professionals. Provider is appropriately licensed under Illinois law to perform Services required under this Agreement and shall perform no Services for which a professional license is required by law and for which Provider, its employees, agents, or subcontractors, as applicable, are not appropriately licensed.
Licensed Professionals. All references in this Lease to “licensed professional engineer,” “licensed surveyor” or “registered architect” shall mean a professional engineer, surveyor or architect who is licensed or registered, as the case may be, by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Licensed Professionals. California law may require the use of a licensed professional engineer or architect, or certification by a licensed professional engineer or architect in some Work, and in such instance Contractor shall use the required licensed professional engineer or architect. When the Judicial Council is aware that such requirements exist, the Judicial Council will make a good faith effort to note that requirement in the TO, however, Contractor shall ultimately be responsible for ensuring that Contractor complies with this requirement and California law with respect to professional engineers and architects notwithstanding whether the requirement is noted in a TO. Any professional engineer or architect who provides design or engineering services must be licensed to perform Work in the State of California.
Licensed Professionals. Professional liability insurance in an amount no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 aggregate and no more than a $250,000 deductible per occurrence.

Licensed Professionals. All work, labor and services performed and provided in connection with, for example, the preparation of surveys and descriptions of real property and rights-of-way, the preparation of construction specifications, plans and drawings, and the construction of all Facilities shall be performed by or under the direction of professionals appropriately licensed by the State of California and in good standing.
Licensed Professionals. Any SNF Services furnished by SNF's licensed professional must be authorized, delivered, and supervised only by health care professionals who are licensed, certified or registered in accordance with Paragraph 9.7, and who practice under Hospice’s policies and procedures. SNF’s licensed professionals who provide SNF Services pursuant to the terms of this Agreement agree to actively participate in the coordination of all aspects of the Patient’s care, in accordance with current professional standards and practice, including participating in ongoing interdisciplinary comprehensive assessments, developing and evaluating the Plan of Care, and contributing to patient and family counseling and education. SNF’s licensed professionals who provide SNF Services pursuant to the terms of this Agreement agree to participate in Hospice’s quality assessment and performance improvement program and Hospice sponsored in-service training.
Licensed Professionals. Consultant represents and warrants that all services to be performed hereunder shall, to the extent required by applicable law, be performed by or under the supervision of duly and validly licensed professionals in the state in which the Project is located.
