Licensed Works. The musical compositions (the "Compositions"), the master recordings ("Masters") and the cover artwork ("Artwork") covered by this Agreement are all those available on Music Services website (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), incorporated by this reference. The particular Masters and Compositions which are the subject of this license shall be referred to collectively as the "Licensed Works".
Licensed Works. Supplier grants Buyer a fully paid up, exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, execute, install, and deploy the Mobile Application software (“Software”).
Licensed Works. The Licensed Works source code is not licensed to Novell under this Agreement. All licenses are limited to Binary code only. Company grants to Novell the following non-exclusive, worldwide and irrevocable license in the Licensed Works:
i. To use, reproduce, and distribute the Licensed Works internally within Novell, subject to the limitations of Section 8.
ii. To distribute externally, either directly or indirectly, copies of those portions of the Licensed Works that are not Code (e.g. Documentation).
iii. To distribute externally by sale, lease, rental or otherwise transfer possession to end-users, either directly or indirectly, copies in Binary Code form only of the Licensed Works. Subject to the bundling requirements herein, distribution of the Licensed Works as permitted above may be in combination with other works.
Licensed Works. The Original Works and Licensor Improvements, collectively.
Licensed Works. Supplier grants Buyer the rights in the Licensed Works as specified in the relevant SOW. Subject to Supplier’s ownership of the Licensed Work and Tools, Buyer will own any Derivative Works it creates.
Licensed Works. Supplier will deliver to Buyer: (i) one complete copy of the Licensed Work described in the relevant SOW; (ii) a completed Certificate of Originality in the form specified in the SOW with the Licensed Work and with each Enhancement to the Licensed Work; (iii) complete copies of all Tools, including updates to Tools as soon as practicable; and (iv) a complete list of all commercially available software required for the development, maintenance or implementation of a software Deliverable, including updates to the list as soon as practicable.
Licensed Works. Licensed Works. Company grants to Novell the non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid-up, and royalty-free (except as otherwise indicated in this Agreement) right to use, reproduce, distribute (by sale, lease, -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Page 1 Novell / Company Confidential -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- rental, or otherwise via any medium), display, and perform the Licensed Works and any authorized modifications thereto, and to directly or indirectly sublicense the foregoing rights.
