Common use of Licensee Employees Clause in Contracts

Licensee Employees. Licensee will provide and have responsibility for the Stations personnel necessary in order to comply with FCC rules and policies and with Station requirements as determined by Licensee (which personnel shall be the Stations' General Manager and Receptionist), and will be responsible for the salaries, taxes, insurance and related costs for all such Licensee personnel. All Licensee employees shall report to and be accountable solely to Licensee

Licensee will provide and have responsibility for the Stations Station personnel necessary in order to comply for compliance with the requirements of Licensee as set forth by the FCC rules and policies and with Station requirements as determined by Licensee (which personnel shall be the Stations' Stations General Manager Manager, Chief Operator and Receptionistclerical employee(s)), and will be responsible for the salaries, taxes, insurance and related costs for all such Licensee Stations personnel. All Licensee employees shall report to The parties acknowledge and agree that the duties of the Station’s General Manager and the Chief Operator may be accountable solely to Licenseeperformed by the same person.
