Common use of Licensee Reports and Payment Clause in Contracts

Licensee Reports and Payment. A. Royalties shall be calculated beginning on the Effective Date of this Agreement and shall be payable in full in semi-annual payments. Beginning with the first payment period, Licensee shall deliver a written report describing the basis upon which royalties have been calculated and the total royalty due Tessera for the applicable payment period to Tessera within forty-five (45) days after the end of each payment period.
