Licensee to Defend. The Licensee shall defend infringement suits ------------------ that may be brought against Licensee or Licensor on account of the manufacture, use, or sale of-the-Invention and improvements thereto and when information is brought to its attention indicating that others, without license, are unlawfully infringing on the rights granted in this Agreement, Licensee shall prosecute diligently the infringer.
