Licensee’s Installation/Removal/Maintenance Work. 7.5.1 All of Licensee’s installation, removal and maintenance work shall be performed at Licensee’s sole cost and expense, in a good and workmanlike manner, and must not adversely affect the structural integrity of Poles or other Utility Facilities or other Attaching Entity’s facilities or equipment attached thereto. All such work is subject to the insurance requirements of Article 17. 7.5.2 All of Licensee’s installation, removal and maintenance work performed on Poles or in the vicinity of other Utility Facilities, either by its employees or contractors, shall be in compliance with all Applicable Standards specified in Article 4.1. Licensee shall assure that any person installing, maintaining, or removing its Communications Facilities is fully qualified and familiar with all Applicable Standards and the provisions of Article 16.

Licensee shall assure that any person installing, maintaining, or removing Licensee's Communications Facilities be duly qualified and familiar with all Applicable Standards, the provisions of Article XV (duties, responsibilities, and exculpation) and Article XVI (insurance requirements), and the Minimum Design Specifications contained in Appendix B.
