Licensee’s Obligation to Insure. A. From the date this Amendment to License Agreement is executed through the date of expiration or termination of the Agreement, the Licensee shall ensure that the types of insurance indicated in this Section are obtained and remain in force, and that such insurance adheres to all requirements herein.
