Licensee’s Protection Against Interference by Third Parties. So long as Licensee is not in default hereunder, after the Commencement Date City shall not grant a license to a third party for use of the Pole if such use would materially adversely interfere with Licensee's normal operation of its Equipment as a Communications Site. Any such future license granted to a third party that permits the installation of communication equipment to a Pole licensed to and occupied by Licensee shall be conditioned upon such potential (third party) licensee not causing measurable interference which materially impairs Licensee's ability to utilize the Pole as a Communications Site.
