Common use of Licenses and Permits; Access Clause in Contracts

Licenses and Permits; Access. Prior to the Closing Date, Sellers shall have all required licenses and permits, both governmental and private, to use and operate each of the Properties in the intended manner. There are adequate rights of access to public roads and ways available to each of the Properties to permit full utilization of each of the Properties for its intended purpose and all such public roads and ways have been completed and dedicated to public use.
