Common use of Licenses, Permits and Authorization Clause in Contracts

Licenses, Permits and Authorization. (i) As of the Origination Date, to Seller’s knowledge, based on Borrower’s representations and warranties in the Loan Documents, Borrower, commercial lessee and/or operator of the Property were in possession of all material licenses, permits, and authorizations required for use of the Property as it was then operated. (ii) Seller has not modified the provisions of the Loan Documents in which Borrower covenants that it will remain in material compliance with all material licenses, permits and other legal requirements necessary and required to conduct its business.
