LICENSES & TAXES. Subcontractor shall obtain and pay for all licenses necessary for the performance of this Subcontract and shall pay any and all federal, state, and local taxes, applicable to the Work to be performed under this Subcontract. Owner or Contractor shall obtain and pay for the initial building permit applicable to the Main Contract.
