Licensing Restrictions. From the Effective Date, Seller shall not grant a license to any of the Intellectual Property licensed to Buyer pursuant to this Section 4 for use in the research, development, manufacture, registration, import/export, use, commercialization, distribution, sale and/or offer for sale of the Products or products that compete with the Products in any way whatsoever or otherwise grant or enter into any agreement, arrangement or commitment according to which a third party is granted any rights that would derogate from or conflict with the rights granted to Buyer pursuant to this Section 4.

All such connections can be made using methods and means that have been directly approved by DSS LTD, and the ability to play the Software can only be provided on sites hosted by DSS LTD (or under its control); or (h) destroy / obstruct or impede the operation of a technical device included in the Software or Service, or ensuring its operation in order to prevent the prohibited / improper use of the Service or its elements and infringement of copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not distribute or provide to any third party any Confidential Information. DSS LTD is not obliged to unconditionally provide you with suitable software and / or access codes to the Software or Service; the decision to provide access to the Software or Service is made by DSS LTD.

All event specific merchandise (i.e. t-shirts, etc.) MUST BE APPROVED and get a signature approval by DME upon vendor registration. Exhibitor warrants that it has full, non-restricted license to sell, display, and/or distribute all items which it intends to do so. Licensing Restrictions. 6.1. The Customer may not use the Font Software for purposes other than those expressly permitted in this XXXX. If the Customer wishes to use the Font Software for purposes other than those permitted by this XXXX, a separate License must be purchased. 6.2. Embedding or linking techniques other than the @font-face CSS rule, including but not limited to PDF, EPUB, iOS native and/or mobile appli- cations, Android native and/or mobile applications, Windows native and/or mobile applications, Cufón, or sIFR, are expressly prohibited. 6.3. Employing the Fonts in logos, word marks, merchandise, film titles or credits, television, online transmissions, or any other form of (broad- casting) transmission is expressly prohibited and requires an individual License Agreement. 6.4. The Customer agrees to use reasonable efforts to prevent the use of any processes that allows hot-linking, re-serving, or re-directing access to the Font Software, including but not limited to external font host- ing services. 6.5. The Customer may not use the Fonts for the benefit of unlicensed third parties, including but not limited to the Customer’s customers. If any third party wishes to use the Font Software, the Customer or the third party must purchase a corresponding License.
Licensing Restrictions. Without limiting the Company’s right to consolidate with, enter into a binding share exchange with, or merge with or into, another Person or sell, assign, convey, transfer, lease or otherwise dispose of its properties and assets substantially as an entirety to any Successor Company pursuant to Article 11, without the consent of Holders of 66 2/3% of the aggregate principal amount of Notes outstanding, the Company shall not sell or license rights within North America to, or otherwise encumber any of the intellectual property related to, Plecanatide.
