Life Cycle Cost and Value Analyses. In accordance with the Construction Management Plan, the CM agrees to provide cost estimates and other input to assist the Designer in the preparation of reliable and valid life cycle cost and value studies. The Owner’s intent is to have an energy efficient facility with reasonable and sustainable long-term operating and maintenance costs. The CM agrees to cooperate with the Owner and the Designer to achieve these goals.
