Limit on Recovery. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the right of recovery against each Guarantor under this Article IX shall not exceed the amount that is $1.00 less than the lowest amount that would render such Guarantor’s obligations under this Article IX void or voidable under applicable law, including, without limitation, applicable fraudulent conveyance, fraudulent transfer or similar laws.
