Limit on Recovery. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the right to recovery of the holders of the Obligations and Hedging Liability against each Guarantor under this Section 16 shall not exceed the amount which would render such Guarantor's obligations under this Section 16 void or voidable under applicable law, including without limitation fraudulent conveyance law less $1.00.
