Limitation of Scope. All waivers and consents granted under this Section 10.01 shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which given.
Limitation of Scope. The CM/GC acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents are addressed to skilled tradesmen in the construction profession who shall be required to use their special skills and experience, through submittals and shop drawings, to translate the Design Professional’s design intent as expressed in the Contract Documents into a completed structure. The Contract Documents shall specify when shop drawings or submittals require the seal of a specialty consultant. Nothing herein shall be deemed to permit the CM/GC to require of the Design Professional any services that the Owner is not authorized to require under the terms of the Architectural Contract between the Owner and the Design Professional. Nothing herein shall be deemed to impose upon the CM/GC any responsibilities to provide any services constituting the practice of architecture, engineering, or any licensed design profession. CM/GC shall exercise skill and judgment in the performance of its construction management services, but does not warrant or guarantee the advice or recommendations furnished with respect to design and does not control, warrant or guarantee any design services performed or furnished by the Design Professional.
Limitation of Scope. This Unanimous Stipulation and Agreement is being entered into for the purpose of disposing of the issues specifically addressed herein. In presenting this Unanimous Stipulation and Agreement, none of the signatories shall be deemed to have approved, accepted, agreed, consented or acquiesced to any procedural principle, and none of the signatories shall be prejudiced or bound in any manner by the terms of this Unanimous Stipulation and Agreement, whether approved or not, in this or any other proceeding, other than a proceeding limited to the enforcement of the terms of this Unanimous Stipulation and Agreement, except as otherwise expressly specified herein. The signatories further understand and agree that the provisions of this Unanimous Stipulation and Agreement relate only to the specific matters referred to in this Unanimous Stipulation and Agreement, and no signatory waives any claim or right which it otherwise may have with respect to any matter not expressly provided for in this Unanimous Stipulation and Agreement. The signatories further understand and agree that no party to this Unanimous Stipulation and Agreement shall assert the terms of this Stipulation as a precedent in any future proceeding.
Limitation of Scope. Should a court of competent jurisdiction determine that the scope of the arbitration and related provisions of this Agreement are too broad to be enforced as written, the parties intend that the court reform the provision to such narrower scope as it determines to be reasonable and enforceable.

Limitation of Scope. The labour protection regulations of this agreement shall apply when no fewer than 20 em- ployees work regularly at the workplace. Notwithstanding the regulation of the preceding sen- tence, a labour protection delegate shall be correspondingly elected when there are no fewer than 10 employees in a workplace.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it remains Design Professional’s responsibility to produce fully coordinated Construction Documents and to provide the design or interpretation necessary to resolve all conflicts. Limitation of Scope. In interpreting the indemnification and waiver of liability provisions in Sections 11.1 and 11.2, the Parties intend that these provisions shall not apply in instances in which the Operating ZoneInterchange Equipment Operator is not acting pursuant to the direction of SPP pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
Limitation of Scope. This is a highly discounted, firm fixed-fee project with specific limitations with regard to hours spent and deliverable items. Modifications to the project, repeated edits, or changes to the scope of work, as determined by the Client, may require additional services beyond this fixed fee scope. Those changes will be billed separately. Contractor agrees to notify the client before commencing any work outside the scope of the fixed fee Agreement. Contractor’s tasks and services under the fixed fee terms of this Agreement will expire if unused within six months from the date of this Agreement.
Limitation of Scope. 1. The parties to this Agreement provide that this Agreement does not amend or affect any other provision or clause of the Student Exchange Agreement dated 31. 8. 2017 except for the duration of its validity and effects.
