LIMITATION ON BUSINESS CONDUCT. Except as set forth in Schedule 2.20 of the Company Disclosure Letter, neither the Company nor any of the Company Subsidiaries is a party to, or has any obligation under, any contract or agreement, written or oral, which contains any covenants currently or prospectively limiting in any material respect the freedom of the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries to engage in any line of business or to compete with any entity.
LIMITATION ON BUSINESS CONDUCT. Neither CSI nor any of the CSI Subsidiaries is a party to, or has any obligation under, any contract or agreement, written or oral, which contains any covenants currently or prospectively limiting in any material respect the freedom of CSI or any of the CSI Subsidiaries to engage in any line of business or to compete with any entity or which would prohibit the business of RP, CSI or any of their respective Subsidiaries from being conducted in substantially the same manner as it was conducted prior to the Merger.
LIMITATION ON BUSINESS CONDUCT. Neither RP nor any of the RP Subsidiaries is a party to, or has any obligation under, any contract or agreement, written or oral, which contains any covenants currently or prospectively limiting in any material respect the freedom of RP or any of the RP Subsidiaries to engage in any line of business or to compete with any entity or which would prohibit the business of RP, CSI or any of their respective Subsidiaries from being conducted in substantially the same manner as it was conducted prior to the Merger.

Except as set forth in the Company Securities Filings filed prior to the date of this Agreement, neither the Company nor any of the Company Subsidiaries is a party to, or has any obligation under, any contract or agreement, written or oral, which contains any covenants currently or prospectively limiting in any material respect the freedom of the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries to engage in any line of business or to compete with any entity.
LIMITATION ON BUSINESS CONDUCT. Except as set forth in Section 4.13 of the Disclosure Schedule or the SEC Reports, the Company is not a party to, and has no obligation under, any contract or agreement, written or oral, which contains any covenants currently or prospectively limiting in any material respect the freedom of the Company to engage in any line of business or to compete with any entity.
