Limitation on Changes to Fiscal Year. Neither Borrower nor any Restricted Subsidiary shall change its fiscal year end to a date other than December 31 of each year (provided that any Restricted Subsidiary acquired or formed, or Person designated as an Unrestricted Subsidiary, in each case, after the Closing Date may change its fiscal year to match the fiscal year of Borrower).
