Limitations for Swiss Guarantors. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article 11, the guarantee, indemnity and other obligations of any Guarantor that is incorporated and organized under the laws of Switzerland (a “Swiss Guarantor”) to be assumed in this Indenture (including, without limitation, the Guarantee) shall be limited as follows:
