Limitations of Assets Liable for Collection of Judgment. If Landlord or any successor in interest be an individual, corporation, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, joint venture, tenancy in common, limited or general partnership, or other unincorporated aggregate of individuals or a mortgagee (all of which are herein referred to individually and collectively as "Landlord"), then anything elsewhere in this Lease to the contrary notwithstanding, Tenant shall look solely to the estate and property of such Landlord in the Building of which the Premises are a part for the satisfaction of Tenant's remedies for the collection of a judgment (or other judicial process) requiring the payment of money by Landlord in the event of any default or breach by Landlord with respect to any of the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Lease to be observed and/or performed by Landlord, and no other property or assets of such Landlord, or of any shareholder, officer, director, managing agent, member or partner of Landlord, shall be subject to levy, execution, or other enforcement procedure for the satisfaction of Tenant's remedies.
